Clipping & Full Groom
A clipped coat is softer and lighter in colour. As the hair grows longer, the coat becomes fluffier, giving your dog the appearance of a Teddy Bear. The entire process takes about 4 hours.
Handstripping Service
A stripped coat will give your dog a more traditional look where the colour and texture of the coat is maintained. It is more time consuming and requires dedication from both the groomer and the owner.

**Please be advised that the prices given above for Clipping + Full Groom Services are just estimates. The exact price for an individual dog will depend on the size of the dog, the coat type, the coat condition (a matted dog will cost more), as well as cooperation of the dog.
1 Clipping Only - A clipped coat grows faster compared to a stripped coat. It will need to be clipped every 8-12 weeks. The Clipping Only option is only available if a dog is brought to me within 2-3 days of being bathed. The dog, of course, has to be relatively clean upon arrival. Should the coat be deemed too dirty for a proper clip, I will give you a call to get permission on doing a Full Groom, which includes bath & dry.
2 Full Groom - Please be advised that a clipped coat lasts about 8-12 weeks. Since this is a one person grooming operation, if nail clipping or dremeling is proven to be too stressful for a particular dog, I will ask that the owner take the dog to his or her veterinarian to have the nails done there instead. A veterinary hospital will have more helping hands available to keep the stress level as low as possible for the dog.
3 Handstripping - A properly handstripped coat will last 5-6 months at the minimum. Please be advised that the entire handstripping process takes anywhere between 1-2 weekly sessions depending on the breed (Airedales 1-2 sessions, the rest of the breeds 1 session). Please refer to the handstripping page for details on the process. Full payment is due at the end of the first session.
